Broken doesn't mean done.

In March of 2013 our owner became a father. A month later he was laid off. Blitz PC started in the weeks that followed, out of the office of a furniture store, because there was a family to feed and a lifetime of taking things apart to build on.

Fixing things was never a business plan at first. It was a habit picked up young, the kind of steady work with your hands that gets a person through a lot. Turning that into a living was equal parts instinct and necessity.

The move into a real storefront did not come from a bank. It came from a customer. Someone who had watched how we worked, decided we were worth betting on, and personally loaned us what we needed to get there. We have never forgotten it, and it set the standard for how we treat everyone who walks in.

Some days that means telling a customer their device is fixable, but not worth fixing. We lose the ticket and say so plainly. It has never made us rich. It has made people come back for thirteen years, and send their families in behind them.
