How our diagnostics work

Bringing your device to the counter costs nothing. We'll look it over and run our bench tests free of charge. If the only way to diagnose it properly is to open the device up, there's a nonrefundable deposit that covers our troubleshooting time and hardware testing — and we'll always tell you before it gets to that point.

What started in the back corner of a furniture store grew faster than we ever expected. When it came time to take the next step, it was a customer — someone who believed in our work and our integrity — who personally helped us secure the move into our first real location.
